New to LOISD?
We're excited to welcome new students and families to Lone Oak ISD! Whether you're new to the district or starting on a new campus, we are glad you're here.
To help you get ready for the new school year, each campus will host a New Student Orientation on Friday, August 7, from 5:00–5:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity for new students and their parents to become familiar with the campus, learn about daily procedures, meet staff, and ask questions before the first day of school.
New Student Orientation Locations:
- Lone Oak Elementary School - LOES Cafeteria
- Lone Oak Middle School - Middle School Cafeteria (located in the Administration Building)
- Lone Oak High School - High School Cafeteria
Following orientation, families are invited to attend Meet the Teacher, which begins at 5:30 p.m.
To provide a welcoming and focused experience for our newest families, only students and parents attending New Student Orientation will be admitted to the buildings prior to 5:30 p.m. Returning families will be welcomed when Meet the Teacher begins.
