Meet the New Assistant Principal of Lone Oak Middle School

We are thrilled to welcome Ms. Voth as the new Assistant Principal of Lone Oak Middle School! With 25 years of experience as an educator in Rockwall ISD and Royse City ISD, Ms. Voth brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our campus.

Ms. Voth has a diverse background in education, having taught all levels of English, including GT and Pre-AP, as well as Spanish 1, Graphic Design, Yearbook, Newspaper, and Career Prep. She has also been an active advisor for the Texas Association of Student Councils and the National Student Council for over 20 years. Her commitment to fostering student leadership and engagement is evident through her extensive involvement in these organizations.

Originally from Oklahoma, Ms. Voth earned her Bachelor of Science in Language Arts Education with a minor in Spanish from the University of Oklahoma. She recently completed her Masters in Education Administration from Lamar University and earned her principal certification.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Voth enjoys watching sports, especially college football and her own children's activities as well as traveling, kayaking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She is also enjoys doing some amateur photography in her free time.

Ms. Voth and her husband Doug have three children: Wyatt, a junior majoring in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Oklahoma State University; Zoie, an 8th-grader involved in volleyball and track; and their youngest, Maddox, who will celebrate his first birthday on August 9th. The Voth family is excited to become a part of the Lone Oak community and looks forward to a fantastic year ahead.
