On December 8^th, our 6-8 grade students traveled to Chisum Middle School for the 2025 UIL competition. Several individual competitors earned awards across a variety of events, with first place medals going to Austin Jones for Maps, Graphs, and Charts; Jacob Hudgins for Science; Landry Holder for Music Memory; Russell Cory for Chess; Russell Cory for Maps, Graphs, and Charts; and Ellie Wisman for Science.

There were several teams that placed 1^st and 3^rd as well. First place team winners are 8^th grade Music Memory; 6^th grade Chess Puzzle; 6^th Grade Maps, Graphs, and Charts; and 6^th grade Science.
