Extra Duty

Use the appropriate form below to submit your time worked. Pay is reported for the period from the 16th of the previous month through the 15th of the current month. Please submit all extra-duty by the 15th of each month to ensure they are included on that month’s paycheck.

Extra Duty (non-athletic)

Clock in and out for non-athletic extra-duty positions using the form below. Positions included are:

  • Attendance
  • Detention
  • Tutoring
  • STAAR Camp
  • Event Custodian (not athletics)
  • Extracufricular Travel
  • Bus Monitor Substitute
  • Bus Driver Substitute

Athletic Extra Duty

Complete this form after each athletic event worked. This form is for employees working gate and table positions at athletic events. Questions and corrections regarding athletic extra-duty can be sent to kturner@loisd.net.
