Lone Oak ISD is proud to offer safe, well-maintained facilities that serve both our students and the broader community. From classrooms to athletic spaces, our buildings are designed to support a wide range of educational and extracurricular activities. By making our facilities available for community use, we aim to create more opportunities for youth development and public engagement. Through our new scheduling system, ML Schedules, we are streamlining the facility request process to ensure easy access and continued care of our spaces. We look forward to partnering with organizations and individuals who share our commitment to enriching student experiences and community life.

facility use & Rentals

Lone Oak ISD uses a scheduling software, ML Schedules, to manage requests and reservations for district facilities. Please review the following information prior to making a request:

• Facility use is subject to district use and approval. 
• Requests must be submitted no more than 90 days prior and no less than 21 days prior to a desired event. 
• Proof of insurance is required
• All groups utilizing district facilities must adhere to the Facility Use Guidelines (link)
