NOTICE TO BUYERS:

Lone Oak ISD is advertising for the sale of the surface of the Property generally located at 801 College Street, Lone Oak, Hunt County, Texas 75453 consisting of +/-6.581 acres of land and improvements, including an approximately 41,510+/- sf Former Public School Facility (commonly known as the “College Street Campus”). The Property, including all improvements, is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ANY AND ALL LATENT AND PATENT DEFECTS AND FAULTS” and Lone Oak ISD makes no guarantees of the condition or livability of any structure or system associated with the Property.

All bids will be exclusive of closing costs, which shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Bid packets, which may include minimum bid requirements, may be picked up at the Lone Oak ISD Superintendent’s office at 8162 Hwy. 69 S., Lone Oak, Texas 75453, between 9 AM and 3 PM (local time) Monday through Thursday.

Bids will be accepted at the Lone Oak ISD Superintendent’s office until 12 noon (local time), Monday, September 21, 2026.

Bids will be opened at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees on Monday, September 21, 2026.

The successful bidder(s) will be notified by phone, so it is necessary to include a phone number with each bid.

LOISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION – The surface of the Property generally located at 801 College Street, Lone Oak, Hunt  County, Texas 75453 (the “Property), consisting of +/-6.581 acres of land and improvements, including one approximately 41,510+/- sf Former Public School Facility (commonly known as the “College Street Campus”), located at 801 College Street, Lone Oak, Hunt  County, Texas 75453 or Lot 7, Block 92 and Lot 91A (part of  Lot 91), Original Town of Lone Oak, Hunt County, Texas.
