Lone Oak ISD is soliciting unsealed proposals for hay baling rights on school district owned land. Selection and award will be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform the services and for a fair and reasonable price. Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 AM Thursday, February 12, 2026 delivered or mailed to the Lone Oak ISD Administration Office. Selection, if applicable, will be made on or before Monday, February 16, 2026. The winning bidder will be contacted directly, and all other bidders will be notified via email.
Bid packets, including specifications, may be picked up at the Lone Oak ISD Administration Building. Lone Oak ISD will reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids. It is the intent of Lone Oak ISD to award this contract to a single vendor.
